Paranormal Challenge I want to have my ability tested according to the scientific method and hopefully verified. If my ability fails all tests, being a scientist myself I will not be upset. August 3 2007 - Mailed in my challenge application to the IIG West. September 2007 - The IIG West has begun working on my challenge application. November 25 2007 - Waiting to hear from the IIG West.  January 3 2008 - The IIG West is discussing the test protocol amongst themselves. April 24 2008 - We are discussing what health problems to test my ability on. Progress is slow. June 29 2008 - Had a phone conversation with the IIG West yesterday discussing the test protocol.  The James Randi Educational Foundation (JREF) JREF Paranormal Challenge http://www.randi.org/ The JREF are closing their challenge two years from now! I feel urged to make the preparations necessary to become an applicant to the challenge. I need to create the required "media presence" for myself and my ability, as well as arrange for a demonstration of my ability with an academic to witness it.If I am written about please let me know by email. I have decided to only apply to the JREF with a chemical identification test. To proceed with a paranormal test of identification of health problems would be too lengthy. February 16 2008 - I begin correspondence with the JREF by sending them an e-mail asking whether I have sufficient media presence, and letting them know that I am returning to them with an official challenge application as soon as I have arranged for the demonstration with an academic to witness it. April 24 2008 - I do not currently have sufficient media presence.
